Machine Feature:
-“free span” and “drum touch” metalizing system ensure no light line, no wrinkle, no aluminum sputtering, no films slippery. -Main drum and sub drum, two stages cooling syetem, ensure better cooling effect and no deformation. -Four SIEMENS motor matched with four SIEMENS inverter for winding system, which maximum ensure tension steady, even if power off, could second time metalizing.
Control system:
-SIEMENS integrated control system, HMI, PLC control, SIEMENS s7, PROFINET module system. -Higher precision digital power adjustor. -PLC control wire feeding system, more stable, more precise, better uniformity. -Online coating thickness detecting system, ensure coating quality.
Vacuum system:
-Adopt international famous brand vacuum pump such as Germany Leybold or Chinese best brand pump. Make sure vacuum faster, less power consumption(All pumps and polycold could be European brand as per customer requirement). -Equips two Polycold separately for winding and evaporating chamber, suitable for any environment.
